Is this wife's marriage valid given that her husband expelled her from the bedroom, refused to marry off their two daughters, permitted what Allah has forbidden, forbade what Allah has permitted, and sexually harassed their elder daughter, while she refused to engage in marital relations with him due to his demands for things forbidden by Sharia during intercourse?

The fundamental principle in marital relations is permanence unless proven otherwise. A husband's actions towards his daughter do not render his wife forbidden to him. The default rule is the wife's obligation to obey her husband if he calls her to bed, but there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. If the husband is sexually harassing his daughter, this is a serious matter, and the daughter should treat him as a stranger and avoid being alone with him. If the husband prevents his daughters from marrying, the matter should be brought before the Sharia judge.
