If a husband buys a car with a defect that he only discovers after it burns down due to that defect, he has the right to compensation for the defect, the amount of which is to be determined by experts. However, if it is proven that the seller knew about the defect and concealed it, then the husband has the right to reclaim the entire price. The reference for establishing the defect, its existence before the purchase, and its causing the burning, are specialized experts. If the husband and his brother agree on something or reconcile, there is no harm; but if they dispute, the reference is the judiciary.
