What is the ruling on delaying prayer past its prescribed time while at work in order to wait for a colleague?

Congregational prayer is obligatory for able-bodied men. An exception to this is a worker who cannot leave his work due to potential harm, such as a guard of important places or a doctor during an operation. As for work in accounting, it does not permit abandoning the congregation, as it is possible to close the business to perform the prayer. It is also not permissible for an employer to prevent employees from performing congregational prayer.
