Is it permissible to work in designing a website for songs and artistic news if the work is limited to design and arrangement?

Singing is forbidden by the texts of the Quran and Sunnah. This prohibition includes anyone who assists in it by any means, whether by writing lyrics or distributing songs, due to the Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." Therefore, it is not permissible to participate in websites that publish singing, and it must be denounced and changed according to one's ability.
