Procreation is a shared right between spouses. It is forbidden to practice coitus interruptus with a free woman without her permission, due to her right to have children. If the husband fears miscarriage, he should not be afraid unless the doctor informs him of a medical condition. The wife is not obligated to obey her husband in using contraceptives, and she has the right to refuse. If the husband insists on his stance, she may seek divorce to alleviate the harm.
