How can a girl honor her parents and show them her love and appreciation, despite psychological barriers that prevent her from expressing it directly, especially when it conflicts with her religious commitment in matters such as free mixing or celebrations that displease God?

Filial piety is a great obligation due to the parents' role in their children's existence and upbringing. However, obedience to them is restricted by not disobeying Allah the Almighty. So, if they command a sin, it is not permissible to obey them. Nevertheless, one must accompany them with kindness and explain the reason for not obeying.
