Is it permissible to expose someone who consults sorcerers by publishing a video of him burying or carrying sorcery, or by speaking about him with others, with the intention of averting harm and enjoining good?

It is not permissible to accuse people of witchcraft or of consulting sorcerers without proof, for Allah Almighty says: "And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly borne a slander and a manifest sin." If this is proven with evidence or confession, the first obligation is to advise the person to repent and remind him of the gravity of magic. If he ceases, the corruption is removed through advice without scandal, and this is what is desired. Otherwise, it is permissible to expose him and publicize his actions so that people may beware of him.
