It is not permissible to accuse a Muslim woman of indecency without lawful proof, because delving into people's honor without right is among the grave sins. If the mother accused the girl of adultery, and the girl was not openly committing indecencies, then the mother has committed slander and must repent by abandoning the sin, feeling remorse, and resolving not to return to it. The mother must recant her words to those she spoke to, in order to remove the shame from the slandered person. If she can inform the girl and seek her forgiveness without harm, she must do so. However, if informing her would cause harm, then the mother must seek forgiveness, increase good deeds, pray for the girl in her absence, and mention her good qualities.
