Is it permissible to describe someone who exposes a mistake or a violation of Sharia, such as harassment, as "an eye among the eyes of Allah," and is this considered exaggeration, and what does this expression mean?

It is not permissible to believe that the Divine Essence or His attributes reside in created beings. The phrase "an eye from the eyes of Allah" was reported in Musannaf Abd al-Razzaq from Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, with a chain of transmission that contains an unknown narrator (mubham) and an断绝 (inqita'), and it was also reported from other Salaf. It has been used as a basis for the permissibility of uttering it. Scholars have interpreted it to mean "a special one among Allah's special ones" or "a close friend (wali) among His close friends."
