Is another expiation obligatory for one who broke his vow and accessed pornographic websites, then expiated for his vow, then re-accessed them?

Dealing with pornographic websites is not permissible in Islamic law, and one must refrain from entering them. Scholars have differed concerning one who vows to abandon a forbidden act then commits it. The majority have held that he should repent and refrain from doing it, and there is no expiation due upon him. Some have held that expiation is obligatory, and this is a vow of obstinacy (nadhr lajāj). Therefore, one expiation is binding upon you, unless you vow again and enter the site, or the wording of the vow implies an expiation every time you enter.
