Is boycotting brothers a means of pressure to reclaim one's right from them considered a severing of kinship ties, even if there is no intention to sever them?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade turning away from one another and cutting ties among Muslims. It is not permissible to shun someone for more than three days, except for a legitimate, recognized Sharia interest, such as admonishing disobedient individuals. As for shunning for personal reasons or worldly matters, it is forbidden. Cutting ties of kinship is forbidden and is considered one of the major sins. It is not permissible to shun brothers due to disagreements. Rather, the aggrieved party should involve wise people to try and resolve the dispute. If that does not work, they can resort to the judiciary.
