There is no objection to a woman giving charity from her own money without her husband's permission, but his permission is required for her to leave the house, unless there is a general permission. As for using a bank account to transfer money to the poor through a usurious bank, there is no objection to it if it is impossible to deliver the money except through it, provided that it is not for unlawful investment.
