Does exaggerating the wiping of the head invalidate Wudu' even if it causes the previously washed limb to dry?
Al-Mardawi mentioned the sufficient method for wiping the head: one places one tip of their forefingers on the other tip, positions them on the front of their head, places their thumbs on the temples, then passes them to the nape of their neck, and then brings them back to the front. As for delaying the wiping of the head, it is not prescribed. However, if it is due to doubt or to remove a whisper (waswasah), it does not affect the validity of the ablution nor does it violate the succession (muwalat), because that is considered part of purification.
