Is exchanging gifts through a name-drawing, where each person offers a gift to whomever's name appears without specifying a certain value, considered gambling?

This game is forbidden gambling because it is based on the principle of "gain and loss." Every participant brings a gift and takes a better or worse gift, and this is the Maysir (definition) (gambling) that Allah the Almighty has forbidden in His saying: ﴿O you who have believed, indeed intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing to] stone altars for idols, and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful Satan only wants to cause animosity and hatred between you through intoxicants and gambling and to avert you from the remembrance of Allah and from prayer. So will you not desist?﴾. Calling it "exchange gifts and you will love each other" is a deception, for it is not from the category of gifts but rather an exchange.
