How can I remove abominations from my home and apply Islamic law with my family, especially when they refuse and threaten me, and what should I do when my father congratulates Christians on their holidays?

Do not be hasty in declaring anyone an apostate, for the default state of Muslims is that they remain upon Islam. Enjoining good and forbidding evil is a great ritual, but its etiquette must be observed, such as verifying the evil, gentleness, and patience. Parents have a special treatment in this regard, as leniency and gentleness are obligatory with them, and their prohibition should be abandoned if they become angry. Inspecting your father's phone is forbidden because it is a form of spying, which is prohibited. If forbidding evil leads to a predominant harm or a greater evil, then it is not permissible to forbid it. Continue in obedience to Allah, enjoining good and forbidding evil. If harm befalls you or a greater evil results from your disapproval, then the obligation of enjoining and forbidding is dropped.
