What are the Islamic etiquettes for dealing with lice, bedbugs, fleas, ants, flies, and bees?

None of the insects and animals should be killed except for those that are harmful or those from which benefit is intended. Thus, insects whose nature is to cause harm, such as lice, bedbugs, and fleas, are permissible to kill. As for ants, bees, and flies, they may be killed if they cause harm. For every living creature with a moist liver, there is a reward, and it is not permissible to kill any animal unless it harms a Muslim in their property or person.
