The Kaaba signifies elevation, loftiness, honor, and glory. The Sacred House of God was named as such, and Allah made it a place of return and security for people, a source of tranquility, and a gathering point for worship. Souls and hearts yearn for it. As for the Black Stone, it is from Paradise. Allah sent it down to Adam, and it was intensely white, but the sins of the children of Adam caused it to blacken.
