Is it permissible to pay insurance premiums to cover the expenses of the funeral and burial of a deceased Muslim in non-Islamic countries, especially if the costs are high and his family may not be able to cover them?

If a believer predominantly thinks that his wealth and his heirs' inheritance will not suffice for his shrouding and burial, it is permissible for him to subscribe to commercial insurance when Islamic insurance is not available, due to the Almighty’s saying: "And He has already explained to you what He has forbidden to you, except for that to which you are compelled." However, if he does not need that, then it is not permissible for him to subscribe to this forbidden type of insurance.
