Is it permissible to finance businesses with loans from usurious banks in a country where there is no Islamic bank and no other option is available?

Dealing with usury, whether giving or taking, is among the gravest of prohibitions. Its prohibition is evidenced by the Quran, the Sunnah, and the consensus of Muslims. Severe warnings have been issued concerning it, such as war from Allah and His Messenger, and it is considered one of the seven destructive sins. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its two witnesses, and its scribe. Therefore, it is not permissible to engage in usurious transactions or enter into any deal that involves it. A Muslim should seek sustenance from lawful earnings and fear Allah.
