Is it permissible to feed 30 needy persons as an expiation for an oath over a period of 4 months, and can you guide me to a bank account for a charity specialized in feeding the needy?

The expiation for an oath is a choice between feeding ten poor persons, clothing them, or freeing a slave. If one is unable to do these three, then it is fasting for three days, as Allah the Almighty says: "So its expiation is the feeding of ten poor persons from the average of that which you feed your [own] families or clothing them or the freeing of a slave. But whoever finds not [the means to do so] - then a fast of three days. That is the expiation for oaths when you have sworn. And guard your oaths. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be grateful." (Al-Ma'idah: 89). The majority of scholars hold that expiation is immediately due upon breaking the oath. If one is unable to feed, clothe, or free immediately, then one must fast for three days. If there are multiple oaths, each oath requires a separate expiation.
