Is the contract that was concluded to return the wife to the husband's عصمة (bond of marriage), after she was divorced three times at separate intervals, Islamically valid?

If a man utters the triple divorce, saying "divorced, divorced, divorced," and intends to initiate divorce with each utterance, then three divorces have occurred, and his wife becomes unlawful for him until she marries another man. However, if he intends to emphasize with the second and third utterances, or if he has no specific intention, then only one divorce is binding. As for the second and third divorces, they do not take effect if they are preceded by three divorces, or if they occur after the waiting period (iddah) has ended, or in a state of extreme anger where the man loses consciousness.

Swearing by divorce and mocking the rulings of Allah are prohibited. Renewing the marriage contract is valid if one or two divorces have occurred and the waiting period has ended, and the majority of scholars stipulate the presence of the wife's guardian (wali) for this renewal. It is recommended to refer to the Sharia courts to adjudicate these matters.
