What is the ruling concerning a sum of money that appeared in an employee's salary instead of an allowance, in a case where the company originally deprives him of two allowances he is entitled to?

It is advisable to refer to the company officials regarding the allowances. If the contract renews every month, either party may terminate it. If the company does not fulfill the requirements of the contract, you may leave the job. However, if the contract is binding and your entitlement to both allowances is confirmed, and the company unjustly withheld them, you may take your right from the company's funds to the extent of what was withheld from you. This is known as the issue of al-Zafar (taking one's right without the oppressor's permission). It is permissible to benefit from an allowance received by mistake, as long as it does not exceed your right. One must be certain of their right before taking it.
