Does a garment become pure if it is splattered with drops of urine and water is poured over it so that it penetrates the garment, or by placing water on the spot without penetration, and does the impurity vanish by either of these two methods despite the inability to confirm the removal of the substance of the impurity due to the wetness?

It is sufficient, for purifying urine impurity, to pour water over the spot of impurity such that the water is more than the impurity until it disappears and its trace vanishes. It is not obligatory to wring out clothes afterwards, because the remaining water is pure as long as the impurity has disappeared. This is indicated by the hadith of the Bedouin who urinated in the mosque, where the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, ordered a bucket of water to be poured over his urine. This is used as evidence that the purification of liquid impurity occurs by simply pouring water, and that whenever impurity vanishes by any means, its ruling is lifted.
