Is it permissible to publish the story "To Everyone Discontent with Their Share in This World," which includes a dialogue between Allah (the Exalted) and a sparrow?

It is not permissible to propagate this story, due to its fabrication against Allah and the angels, and its describing Allah with attributes He has not ascribed to Himself. Furthermore, demonstrating Allah's kindness does not require fabricating false stories.
