The husband must treat his wife well. If his treatment is bad, he has sinned, especially if he quarrels with her for a month. It is not permissible for him to abandon her unless she is disobedient (nashiz). If the wife is clearly harmed, she may request a divorce. Your patience with harm to preserve the family is good, so be patient and supplicate for your husband, and seek help from some righteous people. Do not resort to divorce unless its benefit outweighs, because it removes the corruption resulting from the continuation of the marriage.
