Deleting and blocking offensive content is a commendable act for which the doer will be rewarded if his intention is righteous. This falls under the category of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and offering sincere advice. There is no harm in it; rather, it is sought after and recommended. One should not abandon working in this field because there are some clips he cannot delete. Instead, he should strive to prevent what evil he can, and there is no blame upon him for what he cannot, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "So fear Allah as much as you are able."
