Would I be sinful if YouTube's management added a violating advertisement to my video, over which I have no control?

If you are unable to control the removal of songs and pictures from the website, then you should advise those in charge of it gently and kindly to remove this evil (munkar). If they respond, then praise be to Allah. But if they do not respond, then you have fulfilled your duty.
