It is permissible to market and promote a permissible product on Amazon for a commission and a percentage of the product's price, provided that the marketer does not pay anything to be able to market. It is not permissible to promote a forbidden product, and the commission thereon is not lawful, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.﴾

It is also permissible to refer to the Amazon website in general for a commission, if most of its products are permissible, even if the customer buys a forbidden product. The sin is on the buyer, and the commission is lawful for you because it is for referring to the website, not for the forbidden product. And if you dispense with the commission, that is good.
