If the e-marketing method does not violate the terms and does not infringe upon the rights of others, then there is no harm in it. It is permissible to benefit from what is given in exchange for marketing, provided that nothing forbidden is promoted. However, if it involves a breach of terms, then it is not permissible to do so; based on the Almighty's saying: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their stipulations."
