Administrative and organizational laws concerning matters about which the is silent are permissible. However, man-made laws that contradict the rulings of the Sharia are prohibited.
If the laws within the game are of the first type, then there is no objection to playing it. If they are of the second type, then it is not permissible to play it, because it is an imitation of something prohibited by the Sharia.
Merely playing such a game does not constitute disbelief (kufr).
