How is the inheritance calculated for two heirs, namely: a mother, a grandmother (father's mother), two full sisters, and three paternal uncles (father's full brothers)?

If the deceased left behind only a male, then the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of two sisters. The two full sisters receive two-thirds. The remainder goes by ta’sib (residuary heirship) to the three paternal uncles, to be divided equally among them if they are all full brothers or half-brothers from the father's side. If some are full brothers, they will exclude those who are half-brothers from the father's side. The inheritance is divided into eighteen shares: twelve shares for the two sisters (six for each sister), three shares for the mother, and one share for each uncle. The paternal grandmother does not inherit due to the presence of the mother. Matters of inheritance must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts for precise investigation, as there may be wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the heirs' entitlement.
