Committing sodomy with a woman is fornication, and incest is even more forbidden. It is a grave sin, but it does not incur the legal punishment (hadd) because there was no insertion of the glans into a desired vagina. What is incumbent upon you is to conceal your own sin and to offer sincere repentance by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it, for the door of repentance is open.
