Is it permissible to name a newborn "Muntathar" (Awaited)?

The fundamental principle regarding names is permissibility, except for those explicitly forbidden by religious law, such as names exclusively for God, or for prophets, idols, devils, or disbelievers. It is desirable to choose a good name due to its influence on its bearer, along with the recommendation to choose Arabic names that align with the شعار (emblem/distinguishing mark) of Muslims. There is no objection to naming someone "Muntazar" (منتظر - Awaited/ ожидаемый) if it is accepted in the community, although it is better to choose names with commendable meanings. Names such as "Abdullah" and "Abdul Rahman" are preferred, followed by other names signifying servitude to God, then the names of prophets and messengers, then the names of righteous individuals, and finally any good name with a beautiful meaning.
