Does buying groceries from the store and deferring payment to a specified date constitute Riba An-Nasi'ah (interest due to delay), even with the seller's knowledge and consent?

Purchasing goods from the grocery store with a delayed payment is not considered usury (riba), because usury is specific to six categories: gold and silver (and currency is annexed to them), dates, wheat, barley, and salt. These categories are divided into two groups. It is permissible to purchase an item from the second group (such as dates) with an item from the first group (such as money) with a delayed payment, by scholarly consensus, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) did when he bought barley from a Jew for a deferred price and mortgaged his shield. Al-Bukhari titled a chapter on this: "Chapter: The Prophet's Purchase with Delayed Payment," and Ibn Battal said: "Purchasing with delayed payment is permissible by consensus."
