Is it necessary to wash the penis and testicles before performing ablution (wudu') if madhy (pre-seminal fluid) or wady (thick, turbid discharge) is emitted, and is it a condition to precede ablution with washing?

1. Wadi: A white discharge that exits after urination. It is impure (najis) and takes the same ruling as urine. Cleansing the penis or testicles is not required for its purification.

2. Madhi: Impure (najis) and nullifies ablution (wudu'). For its purification, only the area of impurity needs to be washed. Washing the entire penis or testicles is not obligatory according to the majority of scholars.

3. Touching the Penis: Nullifies ablution according to the majority of scholars. If one who is performing ablution touches it, their ablution becomes invalid, unless they do not consider it to nullify ablution or did not touch it.

4. Order of Washing and Ablution: When madhi exits, washing the area of impurity before ablution is a condition according to the majority of scholars. According to the Shafi'is, this applies if one is going to touch their penis.

5. Touching the Penis Ignorantly After Ablution: If someone touches their penis after ablution, ignorant that it nullifies it, they are not required to repeat the prayer according to some scholars.
