If it does not stop, then one performs wudu for each prayer after its time has begun, washes the affected area, and binds it, and whatever comes out after that does not harm him. In the case of the questioner, he must wait for the madhy to stop, then wash the penis and any part of the body affected by the madhy, sprinkle water on any part of the garment affected, then perform wudu and pray. Washing the penis from madhy is only obligatory when one intends to perform an act that requires ritual purity from minor impurity, after it has ceased. Washing the testicles from madhy is not obligatory according to the majority of scholars.
