The book "Tanbih al-Ghafilin" is full of weak and fabricated hadiths. Al-Dhahabi said about it: "Fabricated hadiths are prevalent in it." The mentioned in the question was not narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him; rather, the author mentioned it as a saying attributed to Ibn Abbas (mawquf) and without a chain of narration. There are similar narrations (athar) with chains of narration from Ibn Mas'ud and Ibn Abbas describing the houris without mentioning 'ishq (passionate love). 'Ishq is an excess of love, and it is inconceivable that something related to lust would be present in Paradise.
