Does divorce take effect by an intention in the mind, accompanied by a sound resulting from grinding teeth without moving the tongue or lips?

Divorce does not occur by mere intention without uttering the words, nor does it occur by words that do not carry the meaning of divorce, even if one intends it. Similarly, the divorce of a person afflicted by obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswasah) is not effective due to their condition, and these obsessive thoughts should be ignored.
