Is it permissible to transplant eyebrows for adornment for someone afflicted with alopecia totalis?

If hair loss causes obvious and noticeable disfigurement, and the intention is not to increase beauty, then there is no objection to hair transplantation. It is a permissible treatment and not a change in Allah's creation.
