Is God the Lord of all things, bearing in mind that the Lord is the Administrator of affairs, the Possessor, and the Creator? Does this apply to inanimate objects that have no affairs to administer? Is it a condition for the Lord to administer affairs, or is it sufficient for Him to be a Possessor and Creator?

The Almighty said: (Say, "Who provides for you from the heaven and the earth? Or who controls hearing and sight? And who brings the living out of the dead and brings the dead out of the living? And who arranges [every] matter?" They will surely say, "Allah." So say, "Then will you not fear Him?") [Quran 10:31]. This verse indicates that the entire management of affairs belongs to Allah the Almighty, including the management of inanimate objects such as the sun, the moon, mountains, and seas. All of them are subject to His management and حكم.
