Kissing one's deceased spouse is Islamically permissible, and it serves as proof that it is permissible for a Muslim to be kissed after death by someone for whom it was permissible to do so during their lifetime. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, kissed Uthman ibn Maz'un after his death, and Abu Bakr kissed the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, after his death. It is also permissible for each spouse to wash the other after death, which necessitates touching.
