There are three prohibited dealings in dropshipping: selling what one does not own, selling what one has purchased but not yet taken possession of, and selling gold, silver, or currencies without mutual possession at the time of the contract. The prophetic hadiths and the sayings of the jurists have clarified the prohibition of these dealings.

There are four permissible forms of dropshipping: 1. The salam contract, with its conditions. 2. Murabaha. 3. Agency on behalf of customers, provided money is taken from them first. 4. Agency on behalf of the original store.

The aim is to adhere to the Sharia texts and seek correct solutions for transactions that align with the sayings of the jurists.
