What is the ruling on dealing with a person who claims to be the Mahdi in Kuwait, and to what extent are the visions of the Prophet that confirm this valid?

Allah perfected this religion with His saying, the Almighty: (This day I have perfected for you your religion), and it is authentically reported from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, that he left among us "the Book of Allah and my Sunnah." As for the Mahdi, authentic hadiths have been reported concerning him, stating that he will fill the earth with justice, and some of them clarified his name and lineage, among which is his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "The world will not end until a man from my household, whose name matches my name, rules the Arabs," and he described him as "having a broad forehead, a prominent nose, he will fill the earth with justice and fairness as it was filled with oppression, and he will rule for seven years." Hadiths have also mentioned the emergence of black banners from the East at the time of the treasure of the Kaaba. Based on this, the person mentioned in the question does not match the characteristics of the awaited Mahdi, neither in his name, lineage, nor place of appearance.
