Can one die while committing a sin for the first time, or will they die before committing it? And is it true that Allah does not expose a servant from the first time?

A servant can die while committing a sin, even if it is the first time they commit it. It is not permissible for them to commit a sin under the pretext that it is their first time, because disobeying Allah is never permissible. Jurists have differed on whether a servant is disgraced by committing a sin for the first time or only after repeated commission. Ibn Aqil held the former view, while the latter was narrated from Umar and the Companions. The narration from Umar in this regard indicates that Allah does not disgrace a servant for their first sin, but Umar's statement pertains to disgrace, not to being held accountable for the sin or dying because of it.
