Is the owner of a real estate office entitled to a share of what I rent or sell from properties that he and some clients have presented to me? And is another broker entitled to deduct a portion of my commission after the property owner terminated the contract with the company that rented the property, and the broker deducted a portion of his commission from the owner?

Brokerage is permissible, and it falls under the category of ju'alah (commissions/fees). The broker is entitled to their fee based on prevailing custom or prior agreement. No one has the right to deduct from your commission without your consent, as the other intermediary does not have the authority to waive your right.
