What is the ruling on touching the ring of the wife's anus from the outside, without inserting the finger?

It is permissible for the husband to enjoy the outer part of his wife's anus, even without a barrier, provided there is no penetration, because it is like the rest of her body, and all of it is permissible except what Allah has forbidden, which is penetration.
