What are the differences between Hafs 'an 'Asim's narration via the Shatibiyyah and Tayyibat al-Nashr methods?

The "Tariq" (path/way) is the chain of transmission leading to the Shaykh. What a later reciter narrates from the narrator who narrated from the Reciter (the Imam of recitation) is called a "Tariq." For example, the recitation of Nafi' is called a "Qira'ah" (recitation). What was narrated directly from him, like Qalun, is called a "Riwayah" (narration). What came after them, like Al-Asbahani from Qalun from Nafi', is called a "Tariq." Often, the differences between "Turuq" (plural of Tariq) occur in minor issues, such as the lengthening of the disconnected Madd and the degree of reduction in Imalah. An example of this is the shortening of the disconnected Madd for Hafs: it includes both lengthening and shortening from the Tariq of At-Tayyibah, and only lengthening from the Tariq of Ash-Shatibiyyah. Both are correct and are recited.
