What is the ruling of Islamic law on opening an internet service center and offering external subscriptions (to homes and companies) that cannot be controlled or monitored for their use of prohibited websites, given that devices within the center are subject to monitoring to prevent access to such sites?

We advise the questioner to limit his internet activities to the forum lounge, as it allows for control and supervision. However, distributing subscriptions outside the lounge is not permissible, because most users utilize the network to view what is unlawful. Therefore, opening such cafes is not permissible unless there is control over them; otherwise, it would be considered cooperation in sin. Allah Almighty says: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression."
