Is it permissible to abort a five-week-old fetus for a mother who has four children, given that she has not recovered from her last C-section, and the midwife advised her to delay future pregnancies, and there is no one to help her raise the children, and a C-section delivery is inevitable?

"It is not permissible to abort a fetus under any circumstances, except for a legitimate Shar'i (Islamic legal) excuse. Hardship in raising children or preferring to have a limited number of children is not a legitimate Shar'i excuse for abortion. Similarly, a caesarean section in itself is not considered a legitimate Shar'i excuse for abortion; in fact, it may be easier for the mother than natural childbirth."
