Is it permissible for a physician brother to deposit his money and that of his non-physician brother in a single deposit certificate designated for physicians in an Islamic bank?

Depositing money by a brother in his doctor brother's name to benefit from the bank's advantages depends on the bank's permission. If the bank permits it, there is no harm. However, if the bank stipulates that the money must be owned by the doctor, then circumvention is not permissible, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
